Submitting a form does not confirm your order. After you submit your form, I will reach out to you by email to let you know if I am able to accept your order and meet your dates. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response from me within 3-days. I appreciate your patience as it may take more than 3-days to get back to you at times.

ALLERGEN WARNINGS

Please be advised that the cookies contain butter, eggs, nuts and wheat. Full ingredient lists can be provided upon request. We are happy to accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requests. Gluten-free and dairy-free requests will be made with non-gluten or non-dairy containing ingredients, but we are not a gluten-free or dairy-free kitchen.

KEEPING THE COOKIES

All cookies are baked fresh in our NYS Ag & Markets registered home processing kitchen (ID 10826) and packaged immediately after baking. If not consuming immediately, please refrigerate or freeze your cookies until ready to enjoy.

CATERING AND EVENTS

We love helping make your events special! We would be happy to provide you with a quote. We require a 50% deposit upon approval of the quote. The remaining 50% can be paid upon pickup or local delivery. For catering and events, the more time you can provide us the better. We reserve the right to decline any order that doesn't provide us enough notice. Please email mountainviewcookiejar@gmail.com for any catering or event requests.

PICKUP, DELIVERY AND USPS SHIPPING

Pickup is in Bristol, NY. Local delivery can be provided for a $5 charge within a 15-mile radius of our in-home kitchen bakery. All orders for shipping are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided by email upon drop off at the post office. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, post office shipping delays, cookie packages lost in transit, or cookies left out in the heat.

ABOUT MOUNTAIN VIEW COOKIE JAR

Established in 2021, I operate as a woman-owned small business in Bristol, New York - I do not have a storefront. I am a wife, mom, and Landscape Architect by weekday, baker of cookies on nights and weekends. All homemade cookies are baked fresh per order in our NYS Ag & Markets registered in-home kitchen bakery. I bake everything from scratch per order and do require a minimum 2 or 3-day notice to ensure you get the freshest treats. I love to develop custom cookie creations and am so appreciative of all of you for letting me do this.
