ESUC seeks to develop diverse representation in lay leadership. We want all who feel connected to ESUC to feel they are beloved, belong, and are welcome to participate in all aspects of congregational life, regardless of the length of time you’ve been a UU or associated with East Shore.
Do you experience any barriers when considering leadership roles at ESUC because of your race, ethnicity, nationality, LGBTQ+ status, faith tradition, age, disability, education, income, or other marginalized status? If so, would you be willing to discuss this further with someone on the Nominating Committee or another person in leadership you feel comfortable speaking with?
Please let us know your thoughts below, or if you'd like to speak with someone in more depth. If you have a preference for whom you'd like to contact you, please let us know.
