The Proficiency Test
If you are aiming for "Functional" or "Working Fluency," you should take the AVANT Stamp 4S test. The test has to be taken in a proctored setting. The test cost, currently, $34 (including online proctoring) and can be purchased here:

If you are unable to pay for the test, please apply for one of the limited pre-paid tests that the MLL department offers.
