9:00 AM:
Job shadowing will support student engagement
and prepare them for a career, by exposing them to a diverse and inclusive
workforce. This program will strengthen the collaboration among faculty, staff
and students, providing opportunities for students and engaging VCU staff
within the community, being actively involved and having a sense of purpose and
having a holistic development.
Through job shadowing,
students will learn how the skills and knowledge learned through their
coursework can be applied in the higher education profession. Further, this
would connect non-student-facing VCU staff closer to our institutional mission
via direct interaction with students.Team Members: Adam
