Registration Process
•• STEP 1: Submit this online registration form. Please include all information for all children being registered.
•• STEP 2: You will receive an email with important forms that must be completed, signed, and submitted (either via mail, in person, or email to JLeicht@TempleOhavShalom.org) no later than 7/31/2019.
•• STEP 3: 2019-2020 Religious School payment must be submitted no later than 7/31/2019. Payment may be submitted in person or by mail.
