Again this year, VCSEA is offering an opportunity to join the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and its special interest division, the Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) directly through the VCSEA membership process. PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to join CEC-CASE, please do so through the VCSEA membership process OR directly through CEC/CASE but NOT BOTH!
