Complete this online agreement in order to participate as a Seller at the Just Between Friends Sale held in Federal Way, October 13-18, 2020 (Presales October 13-14, Public Sale October 15-18). We will be located in Sunset Square - the vacant space next to Safeway (1209 S. 320th St., Federal Way 98003).

Presale Shopping times will be offered as we receive completed online agreements, grouped in the following order: 2-shift Team Members shop first, 1-shift Team Members shop second, Consignors shop third.

Tentative PreSale Shopping Times on Tuesday, October 13th:
2-Shifts ~ 4:30pm
1-Shift ~ 5:30pm
Consigning without helping ~ 6:30pm
Doors close at 8p, Checkout Ends at 9p.

The October JBF sale primary focus will be Fall & Winter clothing & shoes. However, items worn regularly between October and February in the Pacific Northwest are acceptable. Long sleeves (short sleeves are okay, but long sleeves sell better), winter/snow/rain gear. No summer/spring themes, patterns, no tanks/sundresses. Swimwear & water shoes ok. Each Seller may bring up to 200 hanging clothing items (1 tag = 1 item).

Regular item limitations apply: 50 Books, 10 max bagged (onesies, sleepers, socks, tights, hats, etc), 5 bedding/blankets/room decor.

The following items are not allowed: incline infant sleepers, crib bumpers, crib bedding sets, cribs manufactured before 06/28/2011, breast pumps (accessories okay), movies rated over PG-13, games rated M, adult books (parenting books okay), mommy mart items, stuffed animals.

Items that are handmade or hand altered (hand painted, etc), cannot be sold.

The October 2020 JBF Sale will be 100% face masks required including dropping off your items, shopping, helping, and picking up your items. If you need alternative ways to participate, please email seattle@jbfsale.com.

We will be keeping a lower capacity of people inside the building at all times, due to Washington's Safe Start Plan for Retail. Please refrain from bringing children along, when possible, so that other adults may enter.

Seller drop off is Sunday, October 11th (12p-5p) and Monday, October 12th (4p-7p) by appointment ONLY. Schedule your drop off HERE: http://bit.ly/SEA_DropOff

Express Drop Off is available (Fee $15/100 items) for those who do not have time to place items on the sales floor. Please email seattle@jbfsale.com to request this service (Sunday, October 11th ONLY)

Mid-Sale drop off is Friday, October 16th from 6pm-7pm for all types of items. You may bring clothing ONLY if you have NOT reached the 200 item maximum yet.

Seller presale is Tuesday, October 13th. Presale ticket links will be emailed to you on October 9th.

Half-price presale is Saturday, October 17th. Tickets links will be emailed to you on October 9th.

Items not picked up during published pick up times will be immediately donated to our Charity Partners to assist local families.

Sellers earn 60% on sold items.

Sellers pay $15 administrative fee per event, which is deducted from your Consignor check.

The $15 fee is waived for Sellers who choose to donate all unsold items (and mark every tag DONATE).

Seller checks are issued via email by November 1st (you print at home and deposit as usual). Sellers may request a paper check via US mail by emailing seattle@jbfsale.com

If a check needs to be reissued due to my own loss or after 90 days, I will be charged $25 to cover expenses

Once a tag is PRINTED, all changes made in the tagging system will NOT be reflected, unless a new tag is printed. (The only hand-written change permitted on tags is adding "D" indicating that you want the item to be donated if unsold.)

Tags with a STAR that say "Full Price" will remain full price throughout the sale. Items without these markings will be reduced to 50% off during half-price sale days.

Tags with a "D" (inside a black circle) will be donated to our Charity Partners if unsold.

You may set these indicators to be automatic for all of your tags in your "settings" of your JBF tags.

Tags marked Donate will be sold at 75% off during a Flash Sale for Sorting Helpers after the sale closes to the public on Sunday.

Each evening, after the sale closes, your SOLD TAGS will show in your online account and you can watch your Consignor check grow!

If you'd like to help us get everything inspected & organized before the sale or get unsold items donated and sorted after the sale, please join us as a Team Member! Please note: all Team Members must consign at least 15 items.

As a Team Member, you get to help alongside other JBF Moms, Dads & Grandparents who come together twice a year to make JBF magic happen! You also get to SHOP EXTRA EARLY at our Presale! Team Members who are able to help for two shifts get to shop 1st. Those able to help for one shift get to shop 2nd. Plus, all Team Members get a Presale Ticket to share with a friend. And, you get to shop first at our Half Price Presale on Saturday evening!

I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale.

Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and not broken or damaged or hand altered in any way.

Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program.

No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action.

I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.
