King George County Schools Volunteer Program
King George County Schools is excited to offer a Volunteer Program for community members who are able to serve in our schools over the course of the school year.  Our goal is to partner with our families and community to assist schools during the school day with the needs each school has identified.  The Volunteer Program is designed for individuals who are able to consistently volunteer at school to help provide additional support of the school staff and programs.

Members of the Volunteer Program will:
- Participate in a brief training
- Complete a background check through Human Resources
- Sign a Volunteer Agreement
- Complete a minimum of 50 hours of service through the course of the school year
- Be matched with the school or schools or their choice to perform volunteer duties
