Nest Appointment Form

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please fill out this form to ensure eligibility before scheduling an appointment. If you meet our eligibility criteria, you can schedule an appointment. After the appointment, you will be invited to submit verifying documents. We have a flexible system with many options for verification to support the variety of life circumstances people experience. These documents verify income, pregnancy status, location, and identity. One we approve your application you will be placed into a pool for random lottery selection. We will accept up to 15 new applicants a month.

ENROLLMENT/ONBOARDING

Once you are accepted, you will meet with your Abundance aUntie to be oriented to the program, counseling on benefits protection, learn about other resources and opportunities, and be connected with our financial systems so you can start receiving your payments. After that, we will check in with Nest participants every six months.
