The Association between Sensitization to Allergens and Mental & Behavioral Disorders in Children
Developmental disorders caused by autism are broad-spectrum, with different symptoms, severity levels and phenotypes, which makes diagnosing children at an early age a real challenge. Autism is a heterogeneous disorder influenced by genetic, environmental, and immunological factors, one of which could be allergies. The goal of this research is to find any possible associations between allergies and kid's mental & behavioral disorders. 
All information provided in this questionnaire is anonymous and will be used for research purposes only. If you have a few kids with ASD, please fill in this questionnaire separately for each kid.
