Requirements and Descriptions:
• Have Fun.

• Must have good organization and communication skills.
• Lifting and carrying heavy stuff i.e dish racks.
• Hand and machine wash dishes in a small, let me repeat, small kitchen with 2 line cooks at your back.
• Hand wash glasses for bar.
• Can independently initiate and complete tasks during down times.
• Knowledge of restaurant service and/or ability to quickly learn the skills.
• Maintain positive relationships and attitudes towards co-workers and customers.
• Can work in demanding and fast pace environment.
• Hands full out of kitchen, hands full back to the kitchen. It is the motto of the job.
• Support for kitchen and bar staff. Offers help and can be easily directed.
• Responsive to constructive criticism and direction.
• Polishing silverware.
• Cleanliness.
• Work station kept organized and fully stocked.
• Responsible for maintaining proper chemical amounts.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
• Responsible for getting scheduled shifts covered if needed.
• Hours of work are roughly 10:30- 6:30.

• Full commitment for the winter season. No Week long vacations.
