Harmonia Woodwind - school lessons
Interest form for woodwind lessons at Dry Drayton and Coton Schools. This form is for parents to express an interest. Children will then be seen in school and given advice about which instrument and size would be appropriate. Parents will then be asked to confirm their application, and places will be allocated. There are limited spaces at each school.
Please fill in a separate form for each child in the case of siblings!
Your email address will only be used for this purpose. If you decide to go ahead with lessons, then you will need to subscribe to Harmonia Music (details will follow after prospective pupils have been seen!).
Lessons are £11 for 20 mins, £16.50 for 30 mins (all individual lessons), payable in advance at the start of each term.
Parents should expect to pay around £10 per term on music books, usually included on the termly invoice.
There are a small number of instruments available for hire or purchase: full size flutes, small curved head flute, smaller C clarinets and full sized clarinets. Smaller saxophones may also be available from existing pupils who have moved onto their full sized instruments. Other instruments will need to be purchased or hired from music shops. Advice can be provided about suitable models.
Approx. 2nd hand prices: flute £100, clarinet £130, saxophone £180
