A programme by Seek to Speak that hopes to empower Malaysian female students aged 13 to 23 through capacity-building workshops, advocacy campaigns, and a supportive online ecosystem.

📌Objectives
✧ To empower female students to be advocates for equality
✧ To equip female students with the tools to be community leaders
✧ To educate female students on their rights and how to enforce them

❓ Mission
Due to ongoing misogyny, abuse, and discrimination in education institutions, KUS aims to build resilient and emphatic female leaders who are self-advocates and change makers. We want our participants to independently and confidently create conducive environments where they would thrive. We believe in inclusivity and invite all students from diverse financial and geographic backgrounds to apply!

➔  Learn how to effectively formulate and communicate your opinions

➔ Learn how to lead and advocate with courage

💪 Pay-it-forward Initiative - KAMI Campaigns (September 2022)
Post-workshops, participants would be required to conduct independent campaigns to share their learnings and raise awareness on gender equality. At the end of the campaign period, participants will be required to report the impact of their campaign and thereafter, 5 best campaigns will be awarded RM2,000 of grant funding each.

We are an online platform that aims to empower expression by creating safe spaces for women and youths to improve their communication skills, engage in discussions, and promote free speech. In line with our objectives, we run a female speaking club, an issue-driven podcast show, and a vibrant community of women.
