2022 SEA Chicago Event Scholarship Request

Our goal is to raise enough funding to cover 100 slots to attend the SEA event alongside the CEO Global Conference in Chicago, October 28th-30th. The regular registration rate is $293 and those awarded a scholarship to attend will only need to pay $50. This scholarship offsets $243 of the registration fee only and travel expenses including parking, hotel, airfare, gasoline, etc. are not covered. They are the responsibility of the attendee. The conference registration does include a welcome reception on the evening of the 28th, breakfast on 29th and 30th, lunch on the 29th and 30th, and dinner on the 29th. Note that this is only an application to receive a scholarship. You will be notified by the email on this form if you are awarded a scholarship. You will then be instructed on how to register for the event. This form is NOT a registration form for the event. Scholarships will be awarded based on your responses and as funds are made available. Participation in the full event is required to receive the scholarship.
