Tuesday - Saturday // 10am-5pm

What You'll Do

• Full fittings (measuring, fitting, adjusting, etc) on customers

• Placing orders via phone and company portal

• Checking in purchased/rental inventory

• Completing the checking out items procedure

• Phone calls with customers, alerting when items are in-store, to obtain measurements and other information, taking payments, answering all customers questions regarding departments, etc

• All social media content. Taking photos and videos and posting on all platforms.


Responsibilities

• Being the face of your department, you’d have an immediate and direct impact on the success of the business

• Provide an exceptional fitting appointment from appointment booking, styling, setup, and check out

• Demonstrate product knowledge and understanding the customers vision and translating that into expert style advice

• Focus on communicating Georgio’s Company values and brand philosophy to new and returning customers

• Understand and apply customer feedback, suggestions or concerns

• Demonstrate personal accountability to achieve your showroom goals

• Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the department ready for its close-up, including stocking, re-merchandising and display.
