Hello TRIO ETS Student!  Please complete this individualized service plan (ISP) so that you can take control of your education and ensure that you have the necessary support and resources to succeed.  This plan will help to outline clear goals, strategies, and accommodations tailored to your learning style needs, allowing you to reach your full potential and thrive in your educational journey.  When you complete this plan, a copy of it will be emailed to the email address you indicate below.  Save this email as your plan to check in with your TRIO Talent Search Advisor to work on throughout the year.  This will be a plan that your Advisor will contact you about at school, over the phone, through email or text every few months to see how you are progressing on your plan.
