Wizard of Oz Festival Pre-Order
This form is to pre-order for the Wizard of Oz festival in Chittenango, NY (May 31 - June 2, 2024)

Pre-Order cutoff for this event is May 18, 2024 @ 11:59 pm.  No exceptions.
Invoices are due IN FULL for this Pre-Order by May 25, 2024 @ 11:59 pm.  No exceptions.  Orders not paid will be cancelled.  If orders are cancelled you may shop from me at the event, but nothing will be set aside.

***If you're wanting to have items from this menu SHIPPED, shipping will start at $12 (based on box size, and weight), and items will be shipped out on Friday, June 2nd via UPS.

Event Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Pre-Order minimum is $20.00.  You can order as few or as many of one item as you would like, provided your order total is at least $20.00.

Pre-Orders must be in by May 18, 2024 @ 11:59 pm.  Invoices will be sent out as I receive them.

Invoices MUST be paid in full by May 25, 2024 @ 11:59 pm.  Invoices not paid will be cancelled.  If your invoice is cancelled you may shop from me at the event, but no items will be held for you.

Upon pickup, you must show me a Photo ID and/or a photo of your PAID Invoice.  This is to ensure someone doesn't take your pre-order.

**If you are having your items shipped, I will request a full shipping address (New York only) from you upon creating your invoice.  Your box will be shipped out on June 2nd via UPS.
