Which roles are you interested in?
Registration crew - Friday evening and Saturday morning (before the first race). Issue rental SI sticks and map bags. Can run all races.
Start crew - Saturday and Sunday races. Ensure competitors have the right map and start at the right time. Can run all races, but will be the last to start for some of them.
Download lead - before the event, plus Saturday and Sunday races. Set up events in MeOS, add competitors to MeOS, add 2-person relay teams to MeOS. Must be experienced in using the MeOS software! Can run all the races.
Download crew - Saturday and Sunday races. We need one extra person to cover download while the download lead is out running. Must have used the MeOS software before, but doesn't need to be a super-expert. Can run all the races.
Banquet lead - before the event and on Saturday evening. The main catering is already handled, but you'll need to purchase bread/fruit/dessert, help arrange tables and chairs, help serve dinner. Can run all races.
Banquet crew - Saturday evening. Help arrange tables and chairs, slice fruit, help serve dinner. Can run all races.
Control setter - Saturday and Sunday races. Set controls before race and collect them afterwards. Must be a very strong navigator (controls must be set in the right place!). You will not have time to run any of the races.
Training pinflag setter - Friday night and Saturday only. Set pin flags for the training session on Friday and the 2 training sessions on Saturday. Must be a very strong navigator (pinflags must be set in the right place!). You will not have time to run any of the races on Saturday.
Pre-race logistics - one evening in the week before the event. Bag maps for relays, cut and bag control descriptions, set up control stands, label rental SI sticks. Can run all races.
By default, we'll only ask you to do one role even if you select multiple options :)
