We place a high value on relational ministry because we know this leads to the greatest impact. Kids who feel known, loved & cared for are much more open to hearing the gospel. Because of this, we encourage you to serve as often as you are able & to be intentional about the relational aspect of this ministry.  That said, we know each person & their situation is unique, so we welcome you to join this team at whatever level you are able.
