Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has removed the public mask mandate for the state of Arkansas leaving public schools and their Boards of education to determine how they will respond. The CDC, AR Health Department, and AR Department of Education are encouraging school districts to continue to follow "good health and safety practices that have been in place since the start of the school."

The Guy-Perkins School District would like feedback from parents/families concerning mask requirements for the final days of the 2020-21 school year. Please complete all questions of this survey and submit. Thank you for participating!
