Terms & Disclaimer
Each time Melissa has an upcoming release, you will receive an email from her or her PR team. That email will include details about the book and a sign-up form. You MUST complete the form to receive an advanced copy of the book. You are under no obligation to sign up for each opportunity presented to you.

BOOKTOKERS: If you choose to sign up for an advanced copy of an upcoming release, you agree to read the book and post an honest spoiler-free review and/or promotional video on TikTok no later than one week after release tagging @authormelissaellen in your video.

BOOKSTAGRAMMERS: If you choose to sign up for an advanced copy of an upcoming release, you agree to read the book and post an honest spoiler-free review no later than one week after release tagging @authormelissaellen on your post/story.

It is appreciated if you'd also post a review on Goodreads, BookBub, and/or the retailers (Amazon, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, Kobo), but not required. If for some reason you cannot read and review within the specified time frame, you agree to notify Melissa or her PR team. While we appreciate all reviews, if you feel you cannot honestly review the book in a favorable manner, you do have the option to decline posting as long as you notify the author or her PR team via email. Doing so will not prevent you from being eligible for future opportunities. Please note that as ARCs are limited, not everyone who signs up will receive one.


BOOK MAIL

On occasion, Melissa will send paperbacks and/or merch to select book influencers for promotion.

BOOKTOKERS: If you've elected to receive book mail on this form, you agree to post on TikTok showing off the book and/or merch within one week of receipt, tagging @authormelissaellen in your video.

BOOKSTAGRAMMERS: If you've elected to receive book mail on this form, you agree to post on Instagram showing off the book and/or merch within one week of receipt, tagging @authormelissaellen in your post/story.

If you'd also like to receive a direct-to-Kindle copy of that book, we are happy to provide one upon request. Please note that as paperbacks and merch are limited, they will not be sent to everyone who's elected to receive book mail. Paperbacks may be signed or unsigned.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
By clicking 'yes' to request an ARC from Melissa Ellen you are acknowledging that her books are copyrighted material protected by federal copyright laws.

Upon accepting an advanced copy of any of Melissa Ellen books, you agree that you will not distribute, copy, or share your copy to any person or entity without prior written consent from Melissa Ellen. If it is discovered that you have violated this agreement, Melissa Ellen reserves all legal rights available to it, including pursuing a lawsuit for breach of contract which may claim damages including, but not limited to, lost profits caused by the violation of distribution.

Further more, you fully agree and assert that under no condition will you sell, share, trade, copy, cause to copy, pirate, or cause to pirate, scan or otherwise replicate or cause to replicate any portion of this title unless the author has given you prior written approval. You agree not to engage in or promote book piracy for ANY author on your TikTok/Instagram page. If it is discovered you are engaging in or supporting book piracy in any manner, you will be immediately removed from the team.

Additionally, by accepting an advance copy, you agree that your review will not contain spoilers. Should Melissa Ellen or a representative of her behalf determine that your review contains spoilers and contacts you to remove the offending language, you agree that you will do so as soon as is reasonably possible.

Melissa Ellen's novels are provided to you, at no cost, for the purpose of mutually benefiting your BookTok/Bookstagram page and the author. The information you've provided on this form will not be shared with anyone outside of Melissa's PR team under any circumstances.
