Alumni, visitors to UCLA, and producers for other culture nights (whether it be on-campus or off-campus), if you would rather receive physical tickets on the day of the show, please fill out this form to receive your tickets! You may only sign up ONCE on the google form. Those who are requesting tickets under the same name multiple times will be granted only one set of tickets.
