Welcome to the start of the process for adopting a family from our program this holiday season! In order to help us match you to your ideal family, please take a few minutes to fill out this adopter's form. Please provide as much information as possible.  On average, the expected cost per individual in a family is $20-$25.

We do understand that this expected cost can be strenuous.  To make our program more accessible to everyone who wants to help out, we are opening up adoptions so that adopters can now adopt individuals as opposed to entire families.

REGARDING COVID-19: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we wish to reduce the spread of the virus as much as possible by providing safer alternatives for adopters and families alike. Families can request e-gift cards in lieu of physical gifts. Adopters will no longer be responsible for delivering gifts; instead, Operation Santa chairs will be responsible for pick up and delivery. Adopters may gift wrap the presents if they wish, but we please ask that they comply with CDC safety protocols so as to not put the families in need at risk. We will begin sending out confirmation e-mails on a rolling basis and will continue sending them through the remainder of November. This e-mail will include the details and the wish-lists of the family/families you are adopting.
