Hello Parents and Guardians!
This is the registration form for new children (from ages 3 to 10 years) joining Junior Church in the year 2024. No registration is required for existing children already attending Junior Church.
At SJSM we aim to grow our children intellectually, spiritually, philosophically, and morally (Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Ephesian 6:4) and work in partnership with you to realise this goal. In providing learning opportunities, children are led into a relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another. We bless and think of our children in these ways:
1) Every child is made in the image of God. (Genesis 1:27)
2) Every child is a gift from the Lord. (Psalm 127:3)
3) Every child is wonderfully and fearfully made. They are God’s wonderful creation. (Psalm 139:13-14)
Administration notes:
1) Your contact information is important to us. Please provide both emails of parents (if applicable).
2) Submit one form for each child.
3) Registration is for children ages from 3-10 years.
