This form includes applications for six different funding streams, combined: the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP), Section 5310, Surface Transportation Block Grant New Construction (STBG-NC), STBG Pavement Preservation (STBG-PP), STBG Reconstruction (STBG-R), and Transportation Alternatives (TA).

You will be able to fill out the application for one or more of these programs in this one Google Form. The questions will guide you to the correct funding program(s). Note that some questions require you to submit extra forms via email, and the budget is required to be submitted separately via email.

If you have more than one project to apply for, you will need to submit a separate Google Form for each project.
