Graduate Questionnaire for St Columba's High School and College Seniors
High School and College Seniors: Please tell us about yourself, so we can celebrate with you! The answers here will go into a bio that we'll share in the Bulletin on Youth Sunday (14 May).  

*** We are asking for photo to include in the bio AND a PNG/JPEG graphic (school logo) from both your high school and the college/university you will attend next year (or if you're still deciding you can include images from any/all schools you're considering).
