Food Vendor Registration
Welcome, Food Vendors!

Food trucks or food vendor may participate at Taiyou Con in the front courtyard of the Mesa Convention Center. You must submit a form and be approved before you are allowed to pay for your space at the convention.

Even though our convention is focused on Japanese culture, we still like to have a variety of food at our festival. Our convention will host over 3000 attendees throughout the three days, but we are only taking 5 to 6 food vendors for the weekend. Please make sure you have capacity to serve a high number of people and stay all three days if you decide to participate.

Each vendor is allowed to purchase a maximum of one spot. The spots are big enough to accommodate tent, truck or trailer. Electricity can be purchased with a discount through the Mesa Convention Center in advance. Electricity purchased on site will be charged full price by the convention center.

Please do not use .edu or .org email address as your contact email. Our servers will not send email to those domains.
