We are collecting applications for a focus group consisting of CFOs, controllers and accountants who will test and provide feedback on our Luca Suite, a web3 logic based financial reporting tool that enables bi-directional structured data interchange.
Luca works based on the creation of reusable “logical” models based on the pending SBRM standard. In other words, an user creates a specific reporting model for a specific entity ONCE, and that model gets reused every reporting period. Accounting and related systems are integrated so financial or tax reporting occurs within a few clicks. NO MORE MANUAL LABOR. MODEL ONCE, REPORT MANY TIMES.
Professional accountants can still charge much higher hourly fees for client implementation and strategic advice.
Luca works across any financial or tax reporting scheme. If you speak USGAAP, IFRS, UKGAAP, SASB for sustainability or Swiss GAAP FER, it doesn’t matter. Luca reads, understands and dynamically detects logic and data inconsistencies ON THE FLY across any reporting model or financial report you create.
Those who participate and provide feedback will be entitled to a use license and "other goodies".
Believe it or not, the web3 aspects of the Auditchain Luca Suite is the easy part. Most participants will be required to become familiar with some of the technical aspects of SBRM in order to fully understand it's productivity impact. We will be distributing materials specifically for this purpose.
