We think it’s important that everyone cover a certain portion of the cost, and we cannot pay more than 50% of the total of the delegation including plane fare. Unless in very unusual circumstance. In any event, plane tickets will need to be purchased as early as possible. Please give us an honest assessment of how much you can contribute to the entire cost of plane fare and delegation and if there is any way you can fundraise part of the cost.
