Reporting a possible Catalyst parameter change
Things are always changing in Catalyst. We need YOUR input, to help the community keep track!

Some changes - even if they look quite trivial on the surface - amount to a parameter change for Catalyst, because they alter the way that Catalyst operates - from the introduction of dReps, to much less obvious things such as changes to the PA process.

Community Governance Oversight https://quality-assurance-dao.gitbook.io/community-governance-oversight/ is starting a register of Catalyst parameter changes. We plan to track when and how a change was announced, who had input into the decision, and the thinking behind it. We hope this will give a clearer overview of how change is managed, and help the community have more of a voice.

So please add any changes you have noticed. Even if you're not sure whether it amounts to a parameter change or not - log it anyway, and give as much info as you know.
