General Certified Trainer requirements:
You have to be a Mechanic at minimum.
You must possess and employ a positive, constructive and helpful yet critical attitude.

Outline of progression towards Certified Trainer:
The trainee program consists of 2 modules: Ledge and Flatbed training.
After passing the evaluation, a mechanic who wishes to become a Certified Trainer will need to shadow an already Certified Trainer when training a trainee for both Ledge and Flatbed training.
Once both modules are shadowed, the prospect trainer will then need to perform both Ledge and Flatbed training modules under supervision of a member of Management.
Only after both modules have been supervised and the prospect trainer has received their certification from Management can they start training trainees.
