Market details
Market hours are Saturday morning, 9am-noon.  
Table fees are $10 per table per market day. If the market has fewer than 5 vendors on a given market day, then vendors may be asked to pitch in a few more dollars to cover the $50 rental cost for the hall.
One of the Market Managers will be on site from 8am each Saturday.  
Vendors are responsible to set up their own tables and put them away again at the end of the market. Vendors are encouraged  to arrive with enough time to set up their area and product prior to 9am. If you need more than 1 hour to set up your area, please make arrangements with the Market Managers.

Please be aware that cell phone service at the West Dublin Hall is intermittent and unreliable. There is no wi-fi at the West Dublin Market (as of March 2024, but the Hall is scheduled to get it installed in the next few months). Therefore, it may not be possible or timely to contact the Market Managers by phone, text or email on Market mornings. For vendors who accept payment using Square, e-transfer or other electronic methods, it is usually possible to pick up a cell phone signal in the parking area across the street or on the shoulder of the road closer to Highway 331.

The West Dublin Market reserves the right to cancel a market date or dates at their discretion, due to power outage, facility unavailability, COVID lockdown or for any other reason. The West Dublin Market will not accept responsibility for product spoilage or any other loss or inconvenience caused by such a cancellation.
