Cancellation Policy:  Written notification to ECANB is required for all requests of cancellation.  Conference refunds will be granted based on the date of that notification. ECANB cannot refund hotel cancellations.  

Notice of cancellation and applicable refunds are as follows:
50% - Cancellation is received by May 31, 2024
No refunds will be made after June 1, 2024 unless approved by the ECANB
