Students' Dharma Backgrounds
We have a special request from Gen Namgyel-la for the students to give information about their Dharma background.  This information is only for Genla, to help him know the students better.  

We ask you to fill in the form below with all the requested details and as early as possible before any application for membership, course and retreat, so Genla will have time to familiarise himself with the participants. Please include details as requested, including any of Gen Namgyel-la's teachings, retreats, etc. that you have attended.

Of course, if you choose to not give us such information, that is your prerogative and you just have to tell us that is your decision.
