Please use this form to register your restaurant or cafe for Big Burns Supper 2020.

We are particularly interested in hearing about special opening hours for the festival, and for any special deals that you have on offer.  Remember that the festival runs from 23rd January to 3rd February, but there is a lot of crew and artists in Dumfries for the weeks leading up to it.

All events which are on sale must be available on our ticketing system, but there is no charge to you for doing this.

Submissions are open until 31st July 2019.

We will provide feedback about your submission by 7th August 2019.

We will send a cover sheet which details about the expectations from you as a partner, and us as the platform.

We will send you a proof of our programme by 30th September.

You will have until 7th October to approve it.  If you fail to approve the page in time, we will remove your submission from the programme.

We strongly advise you to send us an overview of what you are planning before the 31st July so that we can provide feedback.  If you want to get in touch with us, please email graham@bigburnssupper.com

Inclusion in the festival website is conditional, but inclusion in the brochure will depend on the image quality of your show.
