Parents and guardians should use this form to register their child(ren) and chaperone for the 4th grade district-wide Ice Skating Party, which will take place on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 4-6PM at Ice Line Quad Rinks. Ice Line is located at 700 Lawrence Drive in West Chester.  

All PES 4th graders are invited to attend this fun event. The event is FREE, but students are responsible for bringing their own skates or renting them from Ice Line for $3. If students have access to ice skates, we encourage them to bring their own. Students must also bring a helmet and dress warmly; bike helmets are totally fine.

All students will each receive a food ticket good for a small beverage choice of soda or hot chocolate AND a choice of pretzel or hot dog.  No outside food is allowed.

This is NOT a drop-off event; all children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire event. Families are welcome to car pool and cover a few kids, if needed.

We are sorry, but this event is for ONLY 4th Graders and parent chaperones. Siblings may not attend this event.
