Seasonal Scoop Crew: March 1 to October 31
Our Scoop Crew is responsible for all basic day to day functions in our ice cream shop. This includes accurately and consistently scooping treats, interacting with guests, and basic cleaning and side work tasks. People best suited for this job are able to pick up new skills quickly, are assertive, able to work on a team, people oriented and willing/able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.  Scoopers generally work between 2-5 shifts per week based on their age and skill level, scheduling is Sunday through Saturday, evening and weekend availability is required.


Shift Leader: Seasonal March 1 to October 31- Must be 17+ ice cream experience is not necessary but you must have prior work experience in the service industry and be able to learn quickly. 

Our shift leaders are responsible for overseeing and participating in all basic day to day functions in our ice cream shop. This includes accurately and consistently scooping treats, interacting with guests, and basic cleaning and side work tasks. Additional shift leaders are responsible for overseeing scoopers and order takers to ensure quality and consistent products are leaving The Pink Cow, daily/nightly work lists are being completed and customer complaints and concerns. People best suited for this job are able to pick up new skills quickly, are assertive, able to work in/lead a team, people oriented and willing/able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.  Shift leaders generally work 4-5 shifts per week, scheduling is Sunday through Saturday, evening and weekend availability is required. 


Catering Team: May to September- Must be 17+ with a valid NYS license and a clean driving record. Ice cream experience is not necessary but you must have the ability to train and learn quickly. 
 
Our catering team is responsible for bringing The Pink Cow Experience to private and public events all over WNY. This includes accurately and consistently scooping treats, interacting with guests, and basic cleaning and side work tasks. People best suited for this job are able to pick up new skills quickly, people oriented and willing/able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment. Perfect opportunity for someone looking for a side hustle to make extra money or a local college student.  All catering team members must have a valid NYS drivers license. Though we will give you driving lessons to help get you comfortable you must be confident in your ability to drive our ice cream trucks. Weekends and holidays are required on our catering team. Catering team members can expect to work 2-3 days per week. Must have weekend availability.


Back of the House Team: Seasonal and Full Year- Must be 18+ 

Our Back of the House Team is responsible for all the "behind the scenes" tasks at The Pink Cow Ice Cream. This includes daily stocking and storage counts at our ice cream shop in Alden. Helping with the production and packaging of ice cream novelties/gourmet frozen treats. Baking of waffles, brownies, and production other seasonal treats. People best suited for this job will be able to pick up new skills quickly and have a high attention to detail. This position requires you to be available Flexible scheduling available for this position, rotating weekend schedule required.  Back of the House Team generally work between 2-5 shifts per week, flexible scheduling available.


PLEASE NOTE: 
The Pink Cow Ice Cream Shop is open from March to October, 7 days a week. Though we do try to schedule fairly our busiest times are evenings, weekends and holidays. ALL team members are expected and required to work evenings, weekends (including evenings) and holidays.
