Christmas Celebration Video Permission Form-Fall 2021- DUE BY NOVEMBER 4th

We are SUPER EXCITED to announce we will be having a Christmas Celebration during class the week of December 6th. We will be taking pictures/videos of the skills and dances your child has learned this semester and compiling a wonderful keepsake video for you and all your friends/family members!

**This Video Permission form is DUE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH and we must have this video release in order for your child to participate in the Christmas Celebration Video.***

Here are some EXCITING BENEFITS of the Christmas Celebration Class Video:

1. We will take pictures/videos DURING practice at your child's school on their normal practice the week of December 6th so it will be super CONVENIENT!! All you need to do is send them with their attire that day! (The schedule will be emailed in November.)
2. Each child will be showcased individually and with their class in the special video our team is creating. The video will be shared as a downloadable google link, which will be emailed/texted directly to you. The link can be shared with family and friends and EVERYONE gets to see your child dance!
3. The showcase will be a very SPECIAL event for your child to look forward to as s/he still gets to dress up as a dancer and you get to see first hand how your little one is progressing in practice at their school! (This practice will not be open to family; however, the video will be a wonderful opportunity to see what they have been learning in class!)
4. Your child will also receive a small gift at the showcase to acknowledge all their hard work this semester!
5. The Christmas Celebration Video is FREE with the order of the costume on our website www.stretchngrowtx.com.

**ALL STUDENTS need to order the dance attire from our website www.stretchngrowtx.com, which includes the leotard/dance skirt (bow tie/cummerbund for boys) so they match for the video. The video is FREE with the purchase of the attire.

**The girls will be using the BLUE leotard/dance skirt (ordered from our website), WHITE tights and WHITE ballet shoes along with ANY white hair bow you have at home. You have the OPTION to purchase the white tights and white ballet shoes from us or locally. (The white tights and white shoes will be USED AGAIN for the Spring recitals so be sure to keep those!)

***BOY DANCERS*** Will wear BLACK pants, WHITE SHIRT (buttoned down or collared), BLACK ballet shoes and the blue bow tie/cummerbund accessory package. The Bow Tie and Headband need to be ordered from us. You can find the pants and shirt on your own locally. (The white shirt and black pants will be used again for the Spring recital so be sure to keep those.)

**The DEADLINE TO ORDER DANCE ATTIRE IS OCTOBER 12TH.
