Thank you for considering being part of the Ground Level Leadership Engine Training year.

Please complete this application form, as part of the application process we will be seeking a brief reference from your church leader (or connection leader if you are the current church leader).  The reason for this is that we see the role of a local church mentor as core to the training year and so we want to ensure they are fully behind your application and will provide the support you require during the year.

We also ask that you outline how you are going to fund the course (whether your church are going to sponsor you or you are paying for it yourself). All payment plans (3 month) will be set up as 3 separate invoices.

Once this has been received and we have verified your application we will send out your first invoice.
