This survey is to gather information from Mathews families about their interest in summer extended learning opportunities. This program is considered as a jump start to the school year and will cover learning standards that are considered a priority for the next school year. The program will be four days a week, four hours a day, for three weeks either following the current school year or just prior to next school year. Students will have a lunch to take home. Please fill out this survey ONCE for every student enrolled in the district.  

Keep in mind, this survey is only to gather interest in extending learning opportunities.  If there is enough interest and the district develops such programs, more detailed information will be shared with families, at which point families can officially enroll their students.
