Fill out this form to request a student tutor through the National Honor Society program. Tutors will be either 11th grade or 12th grade students at CHS who have completed the course they are tutoring in. The tutors are volunteers, and must be unpaid in order to earn service hours for their tutoring services.

Please allow us up to two weeks to match your student with a tutor. You may be matched with one or more than one student if more than one course is requested.

PLEASE NOTE: We will do our best to match your student with a tutor; however, sometimes due to tutor availability, course, and workload, we may not be able to meet your needs. We apologize in advance for that inconvenience if it occurs.
