Project TEAL Co-Director of Policy Application
Project TEAL (https://www.projectteal.org/) is a student-led initiative committed to providing young people with the knowledge and tools to become engaged citizens in the democratic process. Through tolerance, engagement, action, and learning, we believe that civic engagement is the key to dismantling the polarization that has come to dominate our geopolitical climate today.

In addition, the Co-Director will research/script action items that can be taken to advocate for or against the legislation. This research will be relayed to our social media management team to post on our socials, and may be used to organize various phone/textbanking advocacy events. Finally, alongside our Director of Campaigns, the Director of Policy will be responsible for organizing policy-oriented events, which may include lobbying events, phonebankings, panels, etc.

If you consistently exemplify your ability to fulfill the above responsibilities with professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm, you may hold this position until you graduate from high school. Once an applicant is selected for a role, they will be expected to begin immediately.
