Please note: The deadlines for submitting grant applications are on Mondays. If you submit this Letter of Intent on the Friday afternoon before the deadline or over the weekend, you are unlikely to receive a response. We encourage organizations to submit this Letter of Intent and work on applications well in advance of the published deadline so we can provide you with timely information and guidance.
Before submitting this form, please confirm the following:
- Your organization is eligible to apply for Foundation grants. (This means that you have received Polk County Community Foundation grants in the past or have gone through our process for evaluating new organizations for grant eligibility. If you’re not sure, please contact us.)
- You are your organization’s designated representative for Foundation grants. (This means that you are the head of your organization and also serving as our grant contact or you have been designated by the head of your organization to be the point of contact for seeking grants and grant guidance from the Polk County Community Foundation.)
