My name is Kit Amreik and my pronouns are they and/or she. I am 28 and a Black non-binary trans woman, based in Boston, MA. I am a Restorative and Transformative Justice Practitioner, as well as an activist trained in de-escalation and mediation. I have experience facilitating complex harm situations and navigating ways to transform harm in order to address the harms that have occurred and implementing action steps to prevent the harm from occurring again.

I would like to take a moment to thank you for funding me and this work. I humbly appreciate all of the help you can give and I look forward to collaborating with you through this situation.

Please be advised that conferences & panels start at $56 an hour, while introductory meetings, educational opportunities as well as one-time, group AND ongoing consultations - rates start $75-100 an hour OR at a fixed rate if the process will be at least one month or more.

There is an option for working out the cost gradually over time or bartering in special circumstances as deemed by Kit's assessment and/or graduate negotiations.

The cost of the facilitation, emotional labor, administrative work and outreach that we accomplish in order to facilitate radical healing includes the following:

-hours of scheduled meeting time over zoom (for planning purposes, interviewing and identification of harms/narratives with individuals and/or community members)

-to hold digital conferences with community members and/or the organization involved for community accountability purposes

-administrative time and tasks (emails, phone calls, reviewing, typing and editing documents)

-facilitating cohort outreach and follow up for an extended time after the process is completed for healing and sustainability
