Please fill out this application to be considered as a volunteer for the Kansas City Folk Festival and related events. Our 2024 free city fest is on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at the Washington Square Park, 100 E. Pershing Rd, Kansas City, MO 64108.

The festival runs from 12pm-8pm with volunteer shifts running from set-up at 8:00am-12pm, fest operations from 12pm-4:00 pm and 4pm-8pm and festival tear-down 8pm-12am. Volunteers will be provided with a food and beverage stipend and a festival t-shirt.

Volunteers are the backbone of our festival. Thanks for considering us. This application helps us know your availability and skill set. You will receive notification if you are accepted to volunteer.
