CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please read and sign below (type your name) that you understand and agree to these policies.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before class, your payment may be applied to a future class or refunded. Credit card returns: Any fees incurred by Rockwall CPR will be subtracted from your refund.
If you cancel LESS THAN 48 hours before class, your payment may be applied to a future class or refunded. If you request a refund, you will receive the amount you paid MINUS a $25.00 cancellation fee. No additional fees will apply if you reschedule your class.
If you cancel LESS THAN 24 hours before class or do not attend class, your full payment is non-refundable.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER YOU COMPLETE A CLASS.
My "One Strike" Rule: If you have a valid reason for your no-show and re-register for a future class, I will apply your payment to that class. Please contact me within 24 hours after the scheduled class about the no-show. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours after the scheduled class, your payment will be non-refundable. If you choose to register for a new class, you must pay for that class in full.
PRIVATE CLASS REFUND POLICY: Once the class is scheduled, payment is due immediately. There are no refunds for private classes after they are scheduled and paid.

Certification Card

CPR/AED: You will receive your card via email from info@HSI.com the same day you take your class.

CPR/AED/FIRST AID: You will receive your card via email from info@HSI.com the same day you take your class.

CPR/AED/FIRST AID and BBP: You will receive TWO certification cards via email from info@HSI.com the same day you take your class.

AHA BLS: You will receive your card the day after the class directly from the American Heart Association. All certifications are valid for two years from the date of your course.
