Volunteer Interest Form: Pullman Railroad Days, May 14 & 15

Please note that filling out this form does not obligate you to volunteer, it just lets us know to include you in the conversation. Our Volunteer coordinator, Rebecca Conant will be in touch after you submit the form.

Most of the shifts are shifts between 8:30 and 5:00 on Saturday and Sunday (May 14 and 15).
There will also be a need for volunteer support on Friday, May 13 and Monday, May 16, and some clean-up/set up help will be needed the week before and afterwards.

All volunteers are asked to wear HPF Volunteer t-shirts (provided). Snacks and Water will be provided and all volunteers will receive priority access to the ticked events.

Please check any of the following you would be willing to help with. Seating will be provided for informational positions for those with limited mobility.

Event Set-up & Event Take-down: Early and late shifts

Info / Ticket Tent: check people int, answer diverse questions, and distribute limited tour tickets.

Parking Support: Assist with handicap and general parking access

Greeters / Directional Support: help visitors with directions, event information, take tickets, and other tasks

Visitor Access: Manage lines and engage visitors at a event site (e.g. HPF Pullman Exhibit Hall, Hotle Florence, train cars, etc.)

Tour Help: help tour guide manage the Neighborhood and/or Factory site tours. Possible give a tour.

Clean-Team: Support staff and contractors with light trash pick-up
