Lodging costs for Friday, May 10th and Saturday, May 11th will be directly billed to UNL for all participants who will receive funding. The registration deadline for funding is Friday March 29th at 11:59 PM Central Time. If you need additional lodging please let us know as we have limited funds available this year.

If you plan on flying and your attendance at the conference is dependent upon travel support from the conference funds, please email Ryan Watson (rwatson9@husksers.unl.edu) prior to booking your flight. Even if you receive funding we can not guarantee to cover the full cost of your flight.

Expenses not covered: ground transportation to your local airport, toll fees.

Lodging costs will be directly billed to the conference funds. We are unable to cover incidental costs at the hotel (room service, movies, etc.).
