Do No Harm Informational Survey
Do No Harm is a national campaign of the Freedom Center for Social Justice (FCSJ). We are committed to using the Do No Harm Campaign as a means to oppose laws, institutions, and perspectives that do harm to the LGBTQ community and other marginalized populations as a whole.

We are asking people to commit to Do No Harm through interpretation of Holy Text or other religious writings in their worship spaces and in the world. This includes harm based on gender identity/expression, race or faith tradition.

Despite all of the recent world changes, we are continuing our culture-shift work and need your help to build a safer, more just world. We are using this time to create comprehensive content that will be driven by actual needs and not speculation. We are asking you to take 5-10 minutes to complete the following survey, sign onto the Do No Harm pledge (even if you think you did it before) at www.donoharmpledge.org, and be sure to take care of yourself.

NOTE: If you need to leave the survey for whatever reason, you are unable to save your answers. Please give yourself time to complete the survey (5-10 minutes) and/or save your answers on a separate document so that you are able to recall or cut and paste your answers when you return.
