INFORMATION:

Acroyoga teacher training course taught by Lucas Nunes and María Escudero. The course is aimed at those who work to move with awareness and want to expand their knowledge and possibilities for the body and mind, either to teach or for their own personal practice and evolution.

Sometimes we feel that the practice of yoga takes us deep inside and, as a consequence, separates us from others. Acroyoga gives us the opportunity to share the practice with people who have a similar search and vision of the world. The school is registered by the Yoga Alliance International, this is a 100hrs. RYT (registered yoga training).

Our intention, almost mission, is to show a vision of an acroyoga practice and philosophy that is closer to the yoga tradition and intention by understanding that we use a different manner of performing yoga asanas, with two or more bodies, but that all the other aspects of yoga must be upheld in order to actually practice acroyoga and not acrobatics. The alignment and the contribution of massage is fundamental in understanding the bone alignment structures we are looking for in order to create “stable and comfortable” postures. That we base on anatomy and mechanics of movement, which sometimes contradicts traditional ways of practice.  We seek practitioners who share this understanding of the practice in order to pass it on with respect, integrity and lots of love!
